Welcome to the Children’s Ministry
Jesus had this strange event happen in scripture (Matthew 19:13-15):
Then children were brought to him that he might lay his hands on them and pray. The disciples rebuked the people, but Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me and do not hinder them, for to such belongs the kingdom of heaven.” And he laid his hands on them and went away.
Classes are available at various age breaks on Sunday AM at 10:00 and Wednesday nights at 7:00 PM. We study the Bible directly, do crafts, challenge the children to memorize verses and to understand Bible stories. We sing songs, often with the adults, and each quarter we use Kahoots! to have fun contests for the children and adults to remember what they have learned.
